Yasmin & Kareem's Illuminated White and Gold Wedding in Fujairah for 380 Guests

For this Fujairah wedding for 380 guests, MoreLess Events developed an illuminated white-and-gold world designed to change character from sunset into evening. Vertical sculptural forms, warm internal light and layered white florals created a ceremony with a distinctive skyline of its own.

THE STORY

The design needed to work in two lighting conditions. In daylight, texture and height carried the composition against the mountains and coast. After sunset, integrated warm light revealed the translucent structure from within, turning the ceremony into a luminous focal point for 380 guests.

THE DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

MoreLess Events began with an architectural moodboard rather than a purely floral one. Slender vertical forms established scale; white and green flowers softened their bases; and warm metallic details connected the structure to chandeliers and table elements. Visualisations helped test proportion, spacing and the way the ceremony would be perceived from the aisle and rear seating.

PRODUCTION AT SCALE

A project for 380 guests requires the ceremony and reception to operate as one production system. Guest movement, platform levels, power for integrated lighting, installation sequencing and sightlines were considered alongside the design. Tall structures created visibility without filling every surface, while controlled floral groupings kept the overall palette calm.

THE DAY-TO-NIGHT MOMENT

The strongest production decision was not a single object but a transition. The same structure that appeared pale and textural before sunset became warm and dramatic after dark, giving guests a second visual experience without changing the setting.
