MoreLess Events is a Dubai-based destination wedding planner coordinating celebrations across the UAE, Europe, the Middle East and selected international destinations. One lead team connects venue research, creative direction, guest logistics, local suppliers and on-site production.

Destination planning begins with the experience the couple wants guests to have, then tests each location against season, travel connections, accommodation, capacity, privacy and production access. The result is a focused venue brief and a realistic multi-day planning framework.

The scope can include site visits, budget schedules, supplier sourcing, design development, welcome events, transfers, guest communication, technical production, setup and wedding-day management. Services are tailored to the destination, event programme and travel requirements.

Destination wedding planning brings venue choice, guest travel, local production and a multi-day programme into the same decision process. MoreLess Events acts as one planning lead while coordinating regional suppliers and venue teams in the destination. Location research is based on guest count, season, privacy, accommodation, flight access and the style of celebration. Current planning destinations presented by MoreLess Events include the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the Maldives, Spain, Italy, Greece and France, with other locations considered after consultation. Once the venue is selected, the team develops the budget structure, design direction, supplier plan, guest itinerary and production schedule. Welcome dinners, cultural ceremonies, the wedding day and farewell gatherings can be managed as one connected experience rather than separate events. Remote planning is organised through scheduled meetings, decision lists, shared design references and one master timeline. Before the event, responsibilities, access times, deliveries and live cues are confirmed with the venue and suppliers. The MoreLess team then manages setup and on-site delivery in the destination.
