MoreLess Events offers three planning scopes for weddings in the UAE and abroad. The appropriate package depends on the celebration location, guest count, number of event days, work already completed and the complexity of design, production and travel. UAE Full Wedding Planning is for couples celebrating in Dubai or another UAE emirate who want support from the first venue decision through wedding-day delivery. The scope can include the master timeline, budget allocation, venue research, supplier sourcing, creative direction, floor plans, guest logistics, rehearsals, setup and live coordination. Destination Wedding Planning is for couples who live outside the UAE and want to celebrate in Dubai. In addition to planning and design, the scope can cover remote meetings, venue comparisons, accommodation recommendations, airport transfers, guest communication, welcome events, rehearsal dinner, wedding day and farewell gathering. International Wedding Planning & Production is for couples who want the MoreLess team to travel and manage a celebration outside the UAE. The proposal can include destination and venue research, local supplier coordination, creative development, production schedules, site visits, setup supervision and complete on-location management. Venue hire, catering, florals, décor, entertainment, photography, technical production and other third-party supplier costs are separate from the MoreLess planning fee unless explicitly included in the written proposal. For international work, travel, accommodation, visas, local transport, shipping and customs costs are also confirmed separately. Every package includes one lead planning structure, scheduled decision points, documented supplier responsibilities and a final production timeline. The exact number of meetings, planning months and on-site team members is stated in the proposal. A private consultation is used to confirm the correct package, fee, inclusions, exclusions and next steps before planning begins.
