Our goal is to provide content that can be understood and navigated with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies. We aim to follow recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference for ongoing improvement. This statement is not a claim of complete conformity, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify barriers we may have missed.
Measures and Ongoing Improvements
Our ongoing work includes reviewing heading order, link labels, keyboard navigation, readable contrast, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts and reduced reliance on motion. The site is built on Wix and uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA where provided by the platform. We test key journeys such as navigation, consultation enquiries, package information and FAQ controls, and we address issues as they are identified.

Embedded Forms and External Services
The consultation page includes a form provided by Tally, and the website also links to social media and messaging services operated by other companies. Ongoing Review and Limitations
Some embedded or third-party features, including the Tally consultation form, Wix applications and external social platforms, may not provide the same level of accessibility in every browser or assistive technology. If a form, image, accordion or linked service is difficult to use, contact us by email or telephone and we will provide the information or enquiry route in another practical format. We review this statement and the site as content and platform features change.
