Alina & Samir's Blue and White Petal Wedding in Fujairah for 100 Guests

For this 100-guest Fujairah wedding, MoreLess Events created a ceremony designed to transform naturally from daylight into evening. Translucent petal forms, blue-and-white flowers and a mirrored aisle gave the setting a light coastal character by day and a luminous presence after dark.

THE STORY

The intimate guest count allowed the ceremony to feel close and immersive. Guests were seated around a reflective central aisle, leading toward a layered petal backdrop that framed the mountains without closing off the view. The blue-white floral palette introduced colour carefully, keeping the structure itself as the principal gesture.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS

MoreLess Events developed the concept through moodboard studies of translucency, floral rhythm and reflected light. The petal motif was tested at different scales so the forms would feel organic rather than repetitive. The mirrored aisle extended the architecture visually and captured changing sky tones as the ceremony moved toward sunset.

PLANNING FOR THE TRANSITION

Day-to-night transformation was built into the production rather than added later. Integrated light revealed the structure from within, while blue flowers gained more contrast after dark. For 100 guests, the layout kept everyone within a clear view of the couple and allowed the illuminated backdrop to remain visible from every row.

WHY THIS PROJECT IS DIFFERENT

The project was designed around time. The ceremony did not look the same for the full event: it began airy and pale, then became deeper, cooler and more theatrical as evening arrived.
