Sara & Zayd's All-White Beach Wedding in Abu Dhabi for 100 Guests

MoreLess Events developed this Abu Dhabi beach wedding for 100 guests as a study in white: sculptural forms, orchids, reflective surfaces and the colour of the shoreline. The result was minimal in palette but rich in shape, texture and light.

Creative focus: A clean coastal ceremony with sculptural movement

THE STORY

An all-white wedding can easily become flat, especially in strong coastal daylight. The design therefore relied on depth rather than additional colour. Curved white forms created the ceremony silhouette, layered flowers gave the aisle volume, and reflective surfaces brought the blue of sea and sky back into the composition.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS

MoreLess Events built the moodboard around movement: ribbon-like structures, cascading orchids and a ceremony route that appeared to flow toward the water. Material and floral references were reviewed together so the architecture would not feel separate from the botanical design. The same language continued into the dining setup through soft white seating, glass candle vessels and low floral arrangements.

PRODUCTION BY THE WATER

For a 100-guest beach wedding, the plan had to balance visual purity with coastal conditions. The ceremony structure required a stable production solution, florals needed to remain controlled in heat and wind, and the guest layout had to protect views without distancing people from the couple. Timing was coordinated around natural light so white details retained dimension in photography and after sunset.

WHY THIS PROJECT IS DIFFERENT

The absence of colour became a creative constraint. Shape, transparency and shadow carried the design, allowing the sea to provide the only changing colour throughout the day.
